Please read the information below and when ready use the link at the bottom of this page to access the application form.

To prepare for your application you will need to know your personal contact details, the GCSE grades you think you will achieve at the end of Year 11 and the courses you wish to be considered for. In addition your application includes a 250 word mini personal statement. In this section you can write about

- Your career aim (if known)

- Why you are interested in studying the courses you have applied for

- Further information about your work, community, sporting or residential experiences

The online application form needs to be completed in one go, you cannot save and return to it later. You may only submit one application, therefore you are advised to plan your mini-statement in advance and have it prepared in Word ready to paste into your application.

If you have an impairment (visual or otherwise) that prevents you from completing this application online, please contact Dixons McMillan Academy. We will then arrange a time for you to visit us so that we can assist you with completion of the application.
