Practice culture is simply this – rehearsal and walk-through by staff and students of key aspects of our sixth form experience to make sure all aspects of our practice gets stronger as we progress through the sixth form.

Imagine an athlete preparing to run a competitive marathon – their specific practice is to rehearse (with feedback) running at pace, ensuring their gait is correct, covering long distances, pacing, hydrating while running, etc. The practice culture enables the best competitive performance

Our goal is to use practice culture to ensure we perform to the best of our abilities.
