Coaching

Each student is allocated their own coach who oversees the progress, guidance and care that helps students be able to move on to university or a real alternative. Where possible, students are organised into coaching groups based on career aspirations. Student start most days in groups with their coach – this short briefing and reading time sets everyone up for a purposeful start to the day and mirrors the team briefing found in many professional workplaces.
